It depends on what kind of pain you are experiencing. If your body is acing after rigorous exercise, this is very common, your pain will subdue gradually. If you have some conditions, asthma for instance, and you begin to experience pain after exercise, you need to calm down, drink water slowly and take long breaths. A quick wash or having a warm bath also helps in controlling pain after exercise. Sitting on a comfortable position and drinking water can help you.
I think the best natural way to deal with body pain after any exercise routine is by relaxing and letting the pain go away itself. This is very common with first timers, i too habe experienced such. However, if the pains isn’t one that feels like it can be undone by itself, I’ll suggest you go for pain killers. There a quiet a lot of effective pills that can do the job.
But remember, If the pain you feel after exercising consist and doesn’t seem to go away, I’ll suggest you change or reduce your work out load. Maybe you’re exercising more than your body can afford to carry.
