What precautions should a person take to avoid putting weight?

What are the risks of having more weight? What all should I consider while gaining body mass?

To avoid gaining unnecessary weight one should about late night good and snacks, junks food should be eliminated or reduced drastically, cut down on soda, there contain way too many calories, eat more natural food than processed food.Exercise at least once a day
