I realized I gained weight quickly after doing these. I eat late. I even starve myself sometimes due to being busy at work. I even sleep late and wake up late. I gained weight by being late in everything and it was fast.

I gain weight quickly when I take in more calories than I burn. Eating junks like cakes, chocolates, biscuits and adding soda to it can make one gain a lot of weight over time.
