Food to avoid are starchy and carbohydrates food,there spike insulin making it to store energy more which leads to weight gain, food to eat are vegetables, protein,fiber rich foods like fruits.

The food to avoid or rather control since you need them in a balance are carbohydrates and fats. Such food when taken in excess can cause increase in blood sugar, more insulin is then produced and the excess is metabolised into fat.

You need to determine the amount of calories you need in a day depending on the type of physical activities you engage in. Then you can make your diet balanced accordingly.

If you want to maintain your weight, you need to eat a balanced food. Balanced food is the food that contains less carbohydrate, more protein, more dietary fiber.,more minerals and vitamins. carbohydrate is one of the main reasons for weight loss. When you eat carbohydrate, your body converts it into glucose. When glucose level is higher than your body’s need, it will be deposited as fats. Therefore, you should avoid foods with high carbohydrate contents.
