What are the best foods to eat to lose weight in stomach?

Low carbohydrate and low fat foods are commonly said to be the best foods to lose belly fat. But can anyone make a good list of foods that may help in losing belly size?

I had experience on this and I think having light meals and foods that contain green vegetables will be a great help. I even do a shake of different vegetable and drink it instead of chewing it. You need to do a detox first.

Cucumber, sweet potatoes, banana, brown rice, tomatoes, avocados, broccoli and spinach  are the best foods you can eat to lose weight in stomach.
