Using portion control to lose weight
This can work but it depends on some factors. Like the number of calories and the nutritional value contained in a portion of that one feast at a time. Sometimes, that single portion can contain more calories than all your meals put together. So this depends on what you are eating. Example, mixed fruits, and hamburger can be the same quantity but we know how much they differ in terms of calories and nutrients.
Eating only a little portion a day may cause starving in the end so why not eat more portions of healthy food like fruits and veggies and drink lots of water.
