Yes, intermittent fasting and OMAD ( eating one meal daily) can be very helpful) the period one isn’t eating will force the body to get to the storehouse which is the fat already stored to use it rather than the body getting the energy from the just eaten food to spend. These help with weight loss.
I stay about 22 hours without eating because my eating frame is just 2 hours between 2-4 pm daily and I’m seeing visible changes. I like this diet because it allows one to eat anything within the eating frame. No restrictions and deprivation of any food.
