There are a lot of fruits and vegetables that are superfoods and aids in rapid weight loss. There includes leafy greens, salmon, grapefruits, apple, and blueberries.

You can also take advantage of foods that are termed negative calorie food. These foods are low in calories and rich in fiber hence the body uses up more energy in breaking them down than they provide. Example of such are celery, broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, apples, berries etc.
