Yes, of course. Weight loss tones my entire body. I can see no extra and unwanted flesh-flashing out through my clothes. All the clothes fit me well and suit me like they are meant for me.

If I work on my facial muscles, after every weight loss regime, the face comes out well enhanced with toned curves and angles. The arms and thighs shed their flabby look and look attractive.

Weight loss transforms my entire personality and makes me look as well as feel beautiful.

Losing weight in a healthy manner can definitely give us an attractive look. Eating healthy diet with a routine exercise helps us to feel beautiful from inside as well from outside. Extra pounds hides our features and bone structures, and makes for those wrinkles. Weight loss in a healthy way gives us a toned body and provides a sharp edge to our face.

By extension, is it okay to say that looking over weight won’t make you feel beautiful?

I agree that weight loss can do magic to how you feel both inside and outside. Now I can understand the reason why people become more confident after losing weight. It isn’t the yardstick for feeling beautiful though is it?

If you are overweight, weight loss will surely make you look beautiful. However, you should still have a healthy weight. When you are too skinny, you will look as bad as being obese.
