Is there anything like ‘perfect’ food for weight loss?
High protein and low carbohydrate foods are the perfect weight loss foods. Protein helps in weight loss. Carbohydrates are the primary cause of weight gain. When you eat fewer carbohydrates, your body will produce less glucose. When you begin to eat more protein, the body beings to build ketones, ketones are used by the body as energy, thus, when you consume less carbohydrate and eat more protein you will lose weight.
It will depend on your meaning of “perfect food” for weight loss. I want to assume you’re referring to the type of diets expected to be consumed by someone looking to loose weight. If so, then my recommendations are below.
I won’t call any food perfect if it relates to the effects they have on weight, they can only do much, the actual process of loosing weight lies more with consuming healthy diets and engaging in regular exercise routines. Hence, anything close to a perfect food for weight loss will have to be less fat, sugar, more vitamins….whatever the case, make certain to consume food with lesser calories and engage in frequent body exercise.
When you think of “perfect food” for weight loss, then you should be consuming much less carbohydrates, lesser fatty food, more proteins, minerals and vitamins. Carbs are usually really high in calories and excess, more than what your body needs cause more harm than good.
The amount of calories needed daily depends on your lifestyle. So even when you eat basically proteins and the likes, if you don’t burn them all, they are likely going into excess in your body. To lose weight, burn more energy than you take in, this way, stored fats will be broken down and used as energy.
