How to get skinny legs?

I have a somewhat okay beautiful body shape. But the only thing worries me is the fat legs I have. My legs, especially my thighs and calves are much fat than my hips and toes. Some of my colleagues say that it is good to have legs like mine. But I feel a bit disappointed. Is there any special remedy to lose fat from my lower legs and thighs alone?

First of all, you must know that the overall body shape and the size or shape of different body parts are formed genetically or hereditary. If you are into losing fat from a particular place in your body then you must do specific workouts or some fat burning creams. in your case, as you want to trim your calves and thighs the best exercise is endurance training. In simple words walking or running can help you in getting results.

Secondly, I would like to share that you should not worry about your leg size. Many find it as attractive. Personally, I like to see legs as a bit fleshy than it being skinny. Be confident in your own beauty. Still, workouts can help in maintaining your beautiful body shape.

If you want lean and beautiful legs the best way is to do exercises like walking and running.  If you are using treadmills then you should use a low inclined setup. Don’t do heavy resistance workout like leg squats as this may increase your thigh size. Concentrate on endurance workouts. Have nice lean legs.

Yes, you are right. I also had very big size thighs. And now I managed to have attractive lean legs so that people will stare at me while I am jogging at mornings. The secret was jogging itself. Walk run jump and get lean legs. That’s it

Lie on the floor and raise your feet high with your hands pressed against the floor. Do this for about two or three minutes daily.
