How to avoid tiredness after exercise?
Tiredness after exercise is common. There is no way you can control tiredness. When you do exercise, you force your body to work more. When your body works more, you will feel tired. If you want to exercise yet do not want tiredness to get over you should switch to the light form of exercise instead of doing a heavy work out on the gym.
