How much cardio wotkouts should I do?

Mostly I am doing workouts like walking and running. Treadmills are rarely used. Resistance workouts are done twice in a week

I do my workout according to what my body can carry and work with, basically, an hour of cardio exercises is like the maximum for me.you can try different cardio for about 60 minutes maximum.

Cardio exercise or workouts are said to cause side effects such as maximizing the burning of calories in the body and Increase the effect of calorie burning after exercise. So, it is advisable that it should be done moderately.
