Hot drinks or cool drinks, which is good for weight loss?
I highly doubt that. There’s no proven way through research or study that has shown a significant decrease in weight loss through the consumption of hot or cold drinks, cold to more precise, the least none that I have come across.
There’s this factual belief which states that our body expends energy to warm up. This is probably why people think cold drinks must burn a lot of calories. But in reality, cold substances do not burn enough calories to be noticed, it burns only about eight calories per day. Eight calories are roughly about the size of an undeveloped cucumber. How many amounts of water could you possibly consume a day to stack up burned calories? This simply doesn’t qualify for a standard amount of weight loss.
Therefore depending on or choosing the consumption of cold drinks in an attempt to burn body fat or loose calories is almost a complete waste of time. Rather I’ll suggest you engage in the habit of snacking heavily on a daily basis. This is a more proven method of effectively losing weight over a not too long period of time.
Cold drinks help you lose weight. When you drink cold drinks, it will cool your internal organ. When your internal organs are cooled down your body begins to work to warm them up to maintain the body temperature. While doing so your body burns a lot of calories. When your body begins to shed calories, you will ultimately lose weight.
