Most definitely. As we all know, sugar and calories are the main factors that compel the body into storing fats which imminently results in gaining weight. It will be wise to avoid these two selections if you do not intend to gain weight.

Avoiding sugar and calories, on the other hand, is almost like an impossible task because 90% of most foods we consume are sugar concentrated. It’s hard to come by any food or snack without traces of sugar and calories. Our body, on the other hand, needs sugar too, to create a balance in nutrition. Hence, the best line of action will be to engage in control.

Control can be achieved by consuming low sugar items. You can also include healthy snacks in the process due to the high amounts of protein in them. Asides eating healthy and engaging in balanced diets, frequent exercise can also aid in burning any stored excess fat in the body thereby controlling body weight.

Sugar is soluble carbohydrate that easily converts to glucose.  The body converts glucose to energy. The energy that the body does not use is stored as fats. That’s when you begin to put on weight. Therefore, if you want to lose weight, you have to avoid sugar.  A calorie is a unit of energy. The foods you eat will be converted to calorie. The body uses calorie to function. If you take more calories than your body requires it will be deposited as fats. Excess fats mean putting more weight.
