Does hot weather make you lose weight?
I think the climatic conditions have little effect on weight loss. During the hot weather, the body sweats more and we can attribute the weight loss to water weight because of the body loses water and electrolytes. Something that can be replaced.
We can also say that the heat can ease workout routine by making the muscles relaxed and more flexible. Maybe if this flexibility helps us to exercise more, we can lose more calories.
Hot weather is the best to do the workout if you want to lose weight. Summer does help us to burn those calories. It’s the season of sweating. The warm temperature makes us sweat more and more, the water content in our body starts decreasing, then we get less hungry, and in the end, we lose weight.
You can lose weight easily in winter compared to summer. In the cold season, your body will feel cold. In order to warm you up, the body works more, It generated more heat to make you warm. In doing so, it also burns a lot of calories. Thus, you will shed some pounds. You don’t lose weight just by sweating, it was was the cause you could wear a jacket in the summer and easily sweat out to lose one-two pounds. Sweat should be produced through vigorous work out in order to lose weight.
I don’t think hot weather or climate has any effect on loosing weight. The heat from weather only makes the body sweat more which is the dispensation of water. Water doesn’t carry any fat or calories which can be expelled or burned out when sweating. And besides, water is easily replaceable in the body.
I come from a region in the part of the world where hot climate or weather is a constant part of our atmosphere. Beleiev it or not, my region houses some of the fatest people in the world and they spend quiet a lot of time under the hot condition of the weather working to make ends meet. If heat had anything to do with loosing weight, we surely wouldn’t have so many overweight people here.
