Does going to gym everyday helps you to loose weight and gain muscle?

I am planning to go to gym but I wonder if you really lose any weight and gain some muscles just exercising alone.

yes, it is true that when you go to gym then you sweat very much that reduces fat from you body. And keeping good diet together with gym can help you grow muscle faster.
