Does fitness gadgets like fitbit help in weight loss?

These days there has been an increased trend of wearing fitness gadgets all the day long. These gadgets keep a track of the whole day activities. They act as a pedometer, count the calories burnt and at the same time check the blood pressure an heart rate.

I think they can act a stimulus for people to be on their feet and avoid sedentary lifestyle. What is your outlook towards these fitness gadgets?

It doesn’t really, but it will be your guide how much you have work out done.  You have to work out physically in order to achieved what you want to achieve rather than relying on gadget which is only a guide.
