Does eating slowly helps in weight loss?
Eating more slowly has been suggested to help lose weight. I’m of the opinion that it wouldn’t be anything major but it might help you in a way. Some research say that eating slowly helps to increase satiety. By that, there’s more time for your body to recognize that you are eating and then initiate the process of digestion than when you eat faster.
When you eat faster, your body barely starts to adjust and then you are done and it is almost like you had nothing to eat. Then you’ll want more. Take the time to savor your meals so that your metabolism will be normal and you won’t have more undigested food in your system which can end up as fat.
