Does eating once a day help one lose weight?

What do you think about eating one meal a day, is it really effective for weight loss?

Yes. Eating once a day help one lose weight. This is also called as ‘snake diet’. It is because snakes (reptiles) are said to eat a lot of food in one meal and then don’t eat anything or fast for days afterward. This fasting diet resets the body’s system while helping to lose weight.

Generally speaking, eating once a day does not help because when you don’t eat entire day and then finally sit to take your meal, you will be eating more than your regular course of a one-time meal. However, it might help if you eat in small quantity or eat low-calorie food. The best method is to eat light throughout the day.

Eating one meal a day is called the OMAD diet. This type of diet makes you eat only for one hour out of twenty four hours. The rest is fasting period. There has been plenty success stories from this kind of diet but you need to be certified by your doctor before you start this diet.
