Are there really food that can really help us lose weight?

I don’t know if this is really a fact,but I read that there are food we can eat that will help us lose weight. Do you think this is true and if true can the food be mentioned here?

Yes. Consuming green vegetables, lemon, apple, oatmeal, nuts and avocado can help you lose weight.
